05/22/23 Leaking valve stem with TPMS on 1 tire. Leaving town in 2 days and need ed the vehicle. Called expecting to make appointment in day or 2... No, they said bring it right in. Started diagnosing on the phone with questions about TMPS. Called 2 hours after taking it in. Picked it up and tried to pay. They replaced the whole valve. For free. I'll be on the road on time. Great customer service. Friendly. Great work. Highly satisfied and will be back there.
Yesterday on our way to Nashville we stopped at Cracker Barrel for breakfast to come out and find our front tire flat! After changing the tire to the spare we headed out to find a tire place! We came across B&B Tire in Bowling Green and what amazing sweet people! When we got there they was right at closing but didn’t hesitate to help me! The hole was to big for a plug so the gentleman ended up patching my tire! I went in to pay for the repair but was told not to worry about it and to have the best day ever! Just want them to know how much I truly appreciated their kindness and it did not go unnoticed! not much of that left in this world! Will definitely pay it forward!! Thank you B & B Tire
I'm from out of town and had a nail in my tire and had a limited opportunity to get it fixed. Fortunately for me , Daren was able to fit me in his busy schedule. B & B refused to charge me for thier services. I would definitely use this company in the future if possible.
On the road from out of town headed to Alabama. Terrible noise in left front wheel we thought it was a bearing. As a result of the professional honest expertise of the staff at B&B Tire, Kirk was able to provide a diagnosis, repair and get us back on the road quickly.
