5 stars because I can't go higher. Needed a valve stem for my 12 Y.O. donut. Discount Tire had refused since the tire was over 10 Y. O. No exceptions. They didn't have a replacement donut in stock but would order one if I would wait 2-3 days. I was over 100 miles from home. They sent me on my way with no spare! Absolutely absurd policy. B&B replaced the stem for me as soon as I got home. B&B is my new go-to tire dealer!
05/22/23 Leaking valve stem with TPMS on 1 tire. Leaving town in 2 days and need ed the vehicle. Called expecting to make appointment in day or 2... No, they said bring it right in. Started diagnosing on the phone with questions about TMPS. Called 2 hours after taking it in. Picked it up and tried to pay. They replaced the whole valve. For free. I'll be on the road on time. Great customer service. Friendly. Great work. Highly satisfied and will be back there.
I'm from out of town and had a nail in my tire and had a limited opportunity to get it fixed. Fortunately for me , Daren was able to fit me in his busy schedule. B & B refused to charge me for thier services. I would definitely use this company in the future if possible.
