I cannot say enough good things about B&B. We are from Louisville and my daughter was traveling to Bowling Green. The car broke down near Bowling Green and based on past reviews we took it there. The technicians there drove the car multiple times, ran a diagnostic and could find nothing. The technician and the customer service were extremely cordial and very helpful and didn't charge me a dime because they did no actual work on the car. They are as honest and kind as the day is long and truly treat customers like they are members of their own family. Please don't hesitate to give them your business. I don't know if I've ever found a place that is so honest and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
