Write a Review 5 stars because I can't go higher. Needed a valve stem for my 12 Y.O. donut. Discount Tire had refused since the tire was over 10 Y. O. No exceptions. They didn't have a replacement donut in stock but would order one if I would wait 2-3 days. I was over 100 miles from home. They sent me on my way with no spare! Absolutely absurd policy. B&B replaced the stem for me as soon as I got home. B&B is my new go-to tire dealer!

Write a Review Unbelievable customer service, and in a great way! We are from out-of-town, had a tire puncture on I-65S late evening and spent night in BG (unplanned). We were on our way to pick up son at Ft Campbell and they were able to fix tire and get us on way early next morning. They were very busy but recognized a family in need of a quick turn-a-round. SErvice department got us in and out fast and could not have been any more friendly. If I lived in Bowling Green area- no doubt would be my go to automotive fix-all. Thank you so much and especially to the guys that went above and beyond!!!

Write a Review 05/22/23 Leaking valve stem with TPMS on 1 tire. Leaving town in 2 days and need ed the vehicle. Called expecting to make appointment in day or 2... No, they said bring it right in. Started diagnosing on the phone with questions about TMPS. Called 2 hours after taking it in. Picked it up and tried to pay. They replaced the whole valve. For free. I'll be on the road on time. Great customer service. Friendly. Great work. Highly satisfied and will be back there.

Write a Review Yesterday on our way to Nashville we stopped at Cracker Barrel for breakfast to come out and find our front tire flat! After changing the tire to the spare we headed out to find a tire place! We came across B&B Tire in Bowling Green and what amazing sweet people! When we got there they was right at closing but didn’t hesitate to help me! The hole was to big for a plug so the gentleman ended up patching my tire! I went in to pay for the repair but was told not to worry about it and to have the best day ever! Just want them to know how much I truly appreciated their kindness and it did not go unnoticed! not much of that left in this world! Will definitely pay it forward!! Thank you B & B Tire
